Comprehensive cladding of a new building in Gresham

In this project, we were responsible for all the exterior finishing of a new house that was built from scratch. It was important not just to close the facade, but to create a high-quality and durable shell that could withstand the climatic stresses of Oregon.

 Stages of work performed:
Installation of WeatherSmart wind and moisture barrier film around the entire perimeter.

Installation of James Hardie siding in combination with vertical decorative panels that add a modern look.

Careful processing of all corners, windows and openings to ensure airtightness.

Features of the object:
The work was carried out in a short time – the facade was completely completed in just 2 weeks.

The combination of different siding textures gave the house visual depth.

We worked in partnership with the main developer and were fully responsible for the facade.

The before/after photo demonstrates the path from a structural blank to a complete facade – the house has a complete look and is ready for the next stage of finishing.
