Facade for a modern house in the premium segment

In this project, we implemented a complete facade installation for a new building in a modern architectural style. Particular attention was paid to clean lines, materials and details to emphasize the aesthetics of the object.

What we did:

We installed horizontal James Hardie siding on the left wing of the building.

We installed Equitone fiber cement panels with clear vertical joints on the central part of the facade.

We added natural wooden inserts in the entrance area for accent and warmth.

The plinth was stone-covered to emphasize the status of the house.

We installed large format Milgard windows for maximum daylight.

Project features:

Combination of 4 different materials in one facade.

Premium look and high level of detail.

Modern color scheme (graphite, white, wood, natural stone).

Before – only a basic frame and a wooden board (OSB).

After – a fully completed, architecturally verified facade with contrasting elements that looks like a design magazine.
