Installation of a facade for a modern private house with combined materials

What we did:

We carried out a complete treatment of the building with moisture-resistant waterproofing.

We installed fiber cement horizontal siding around the entire perimeter of the main volume.

We installed black aluminum facade cassettes with hidden fasteners in the garage and balcony areas.

We added a white geometric insert on the corner of the building to balance the mass of the facade.

We used vertical wood-like panels as a warm accent in the entrance area and between the windows.

Project features:

Work with complex facade geometry and a large number of planes.

A combination of 4 types of materials that do not “compete” with each other but enhance the overall look.

High level of precision when installing cassettes and transitions between different materials.
