Installation of siding with decorative elements on a new building in Gresham

This project covered the complete cladding of a two-story house, with a focus on modern design, texture, and durability. At the start of the work, the object was prepared: WeatherSmart moisture and wind protection film was installed.

What was done:

Horizontal fiber cement siding was installed around the entire perimeter of the house.

For an additional accent and visual depth, decorative shingle panels were used on the gables.

All openings and joints were processed in compliance with airtightness and energy efficiency standards.

Features of the object:
The combination of two types of textures (smooth siding + shingles) creates a visual rhythm and emphasizes modern architecture.

Thanks to high-quality materials and precise installation, the facade is ready to serve for decades without the need for renovation.
