Premium facade for a modern home

This project is a complex facade with many levels, lines, and planes, which required maximum precision in the work. The task was not just to install the decoration, but to create an architectural ensemble where every line and material emphasizes the character of the house.

What was done:

Installation of horizontal siding with a clear delineation of planes.

Installation of a ventilated facade with Equitone fiber cement panels, with hidden fasteners.

Large-format facade cassettes were installed, creating a monolithic effect in the entrance areas.

All elements are processed and combined without joints, as you can see in the final photo.

Full synchronization with the developer’s team and designers.

The facade consists of 4+ types of materials, each with its own installation technique.

It is fully in line with the trends of modern custom home architecture.

The client was extremely satisfied – the house looks impressive and expensive at first glance.
