Replacing siding and painting the house
This project is an example of how timely intervention saves a building from further damage. The client came to us with a problem: moisture was penetrating the siding, causing rotting and potential threats to the structure.
What we did:
Dismantled the old siding and found rotten plywood, which was immediately replaced.
We installed new James Hardie fiber cement siding, which is resistant to precipitation and temperature fluctuations.
We finished the work by painting it a pleasant, light shade that refreshed the appearance of the house.
The photo clearly shows
Before – a combination of old yellow and pale siding, sloppy joints, open areas;
After – a single, clean style, neat lines, a new color that makes the house look like it was just built.
The result
The appearance is completely updated.
Increased protection against moisture.
Improved energy efficiency and potential market value of the house.
